Second UBI4ALL winner lives in Ireland

On September 20, 2021 we raffled off the second European UBI for one year and the winner is Thomas from Ireland (Dublin). He replied by email 20min after the livestream ended. So, good news as so far it seems he is willing to cooperate and talk about UBI in his life.
