We want to tell you more about Athanasios from Greece! 🇬🇷

He won our 6th UBI4ALL with lucky lot number 19195, receiving a one-year Basic Income (€9,600 / €800 per month). Thanks to everyone for their donations, especially our UBI Beavers. You make it possible for people to experience Basic Income in real life!

Our challenge to find him!

We found him through Olga, a UBI activist from Greece, as he did not respond to our emails. But then he finally got back to us! Thanks to Olga!

We provided the first cash transfer in July and we want to share more information about Athanasios. He works in a factory, and his net salary is nearly the same as the UBI he will receive. Athanasios rents a house, and his wife works as an administrative assistant. They have a 2-year-old child. The Basic Income will be a great help for them and their child. He would like to take a trip with his family, as they couldn’t travel due to financial difficulties.
